Quebec Charlevoix Canada

This was my second trip to Club Med Charlevoix - last year was the parents-only ski trip, we had such a great time that we returned for March Break with the entire family. The resort was as amazing as I remembered, hands down the best food at any all-inclusive resort that I've been too. Highlight is Wednesday's raclette lunch.
The ski conditions weren't great, we had one day that was a complete wash-out but the staff tried to make up for it in the quality of the activities offered at the resort. I love the circus classes, the instructors do an amazing job of walking you through various skills while keeping everyone safe.
The trip does run on the more expensive end of the vacation spectrum, but you do get a high quality resort, great facilities, really comfortable rooms and amazing food. It was a great opportunity to reconnect with the family and treat ourselves to a luxury vacation.

The Club Med experience at Charlevoix was out of this world. Great facilities, amazing activities, extremely wide variety of food, and truly exceptional experiences from the GOs - whose friendliness, dedication and enthusiasm brought an amazing energy in every aspect of our trip. Would definitely go back again, and recommend the Club Med experience to every family! Thank you to the entire team at Club Med Charlevoix!

A bar team that genuinely makes the experience
I’ve stayed and dined at many places, but what set this experience apart wasn’t the drinks, but the people serving them.

This is probably the uncommon/longest and most thorough experience I ever wrote as a review in attempt to due justice to these kind folks for their outstanding service.

• It all begins with meeting Joeri who, sensing I was new, casually approached, struck up a conversation, and pointed me toward the shows, restaurants, and shops worth checking out. Great composure, genuine warmth. Funny enough, the next day I walked into one of his recommended stores and walked out with a great jacket.

I want to give particular credit where its due: Samy and Alice carried my first three days with a kind of effortless hospitality .
Alice & Samy especially remembered my preferences without being asked, made every interaction feel personal & caring rather than transactional, with the rare gift of making you feel like a regular from day one. Samy has cool energy, the recommendations and easy conversations that turns a solo drink into a highlight of your evening.
Nikolas stepped in seamlessly for my last two days with the same warmth, same attentiveness, zero drop in quality. And Yesus the bubbly, on my final day (not to forget Bebe) was the perfect send-off: bright, present, and genuinely kind.
Rounding out the experience was Tobias, Cedrick, and Xavier and their solid presences throughout who kept everything running smoothly.
Before i forget a last mention: Lucas of the Challet restaurant, is quietly exceptional. The kind of professional who makes everything look easy because he’s thought of everything already. He is a real asset to the establishment.

Overall, the bar team here is something special. Jean-Luc leads with quiet confidence and warmth. He is a man genuinely cultured and well-informed. You can feel his contngious "cool" spilling over his whole day crew. They were all professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A great team starts at the top, and that shows. Major thanks to each one of you gentle ones. I will be back again soon!

An amazing place in the world. The service with food and drinks are just amazing. Xavier is a bartender. Samuel also. These two had such amazing energy and were true cocktail masters. Go see them and order drinks from those two!
