5/5 • 13/01/2025This was my first time at Club Med, with my daughter and husband, and honestly, it's the best family hotel in Bintan! My daughter is quite introverted and shy, she doesn't like to be left alone, but she was comfortable in there.
The night show and entertainment were amazing, The staff and The GM Julien did a great job, my daughter favorite was remix.
The staff is super nice and really took care of my daughter even she did not go to kid’s club, Thanks to HSE Manager Sentha who always passing by say hello and play with my daughter. When we had to leave, my daughter cried and was looking for Sentha to say goodbye. Luckily, Sentha arrived just in time! Thank you, Sentha, for taking such good care of my daughter.
The only thing is the weather, we stay for 4 nights and it’s raining every day, less activity during the day, hopefully next year the weather will be much better, because we would like to come back again

Wonderful experience even for 3rd time
5/5 • 12/01/2025This is my 3rd time to Clubmed Bintan. It is still a wonderful and memorable experience like previous trips.
The different shows every night are impressive and entertaining. The staff are so multi-talented! Especially Ally (who is so good in acrobatics, singing, dancing, acting, and also very patient and encouraging when teaching my kids and me the flying trapeze and catch moves previously) and Holly (who is so good in acrobatics, face-changing and diabolo-扯铃 ).
The service overall is excellent!
Special thanks to Carine Tan who has been so helpful in assisting with our bookings and requests, and to Ally (circus team), Leo (sports) and Richard (golf) who remember me from my previous trip.
Finally, thank you Lucky, the best bartender, for making very nice whisky sours for us!
Will definitely visit Clubmed again!

5/5 • 12/01/2025We visited Club Med Bintan during the rainy season, but the weather becomes not important for staying in Club Med.
Excellent service in all parts for customer. Good hospitality, make me feel stay like home. No bad comments for this hotel. Everything beyond my expectation
All staff members are very friendly and helpful. Special credit to Sentha who was very kind to our kids and remember their name.
Thank you Club Med and hope to see you all again soon!
