5/5 • 16/05/2025The last time I went to Club Med was almost 2 decades ago when I was a teen, with my parents. 20 years later, the Club Med experience hasn't grown old. I see clearly why people keep coming back. Despite Bintan being a "family destination" (I suspect ~80% of guests were families with children), my friend group & I still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From arrival, to meals, parties, and simply walking through the resort, we were greeted with enthusiasm from every single staff, GOs and cleaners alike. I find that hard to find anywhere else, even 5-star hotels. Shout-out to GOs Matthew, Zul and Kyle for such a lovely time - frankly felt more like friends than staff/guest, Anjas for all the great dinner parties, and Azizul for the fantastic meals - I was surprised at the consistent quality of food despite the wide spread. Club Med is truly a lifestyle, and it's one I can't get enough of.

5/5 • 15/05/2025Thank you for the absolutely wonderful weekend getaway. The GOs were spectacular - they were bursting with enthusiasm, warmth, talent yet they were patient with us all. Kids club GOs Rere, Garfield, Angel and Dimas were so incredible.. my child cried so so so much before leaving and still misses them dearly now we are back home. This is even though she only spent a couple of hours with them for 2 days!
The night time shows were world class circus acts and The Remix Show is comedic genius.
The food at each meal made me never want to stop eating. They were not only delicious but beautifully plated. There was food for even the pickiest of eaters and incredibly tasty. The variety is mind-blowing.
The beach is wonderfully clean, the sport facilities kept us busy, trapeze was the highlight of course and shoutout to the circus team for working day and night for all of us.
The bartenders were always friendly and accommodated our every order with smiles.
The rooms were basic but clean - which was sufficient cos we were hardly in there anyway. Suggestion for a little stool at the laundry area cos I was too short to get all my clothes out of the dryer.
The night parties were a great workout to burn away dinner. The fireworks were also a special touch.
It’s truly the GOs that make club med memorable. Thank you all!!!

5/5 • 15/05/2025It was a good all in one package staying with Club Med Bintan with no frills and all was good! We enjoyed Club Med stay and we are a good supporter of Club Med no doubt about that! The village head n GOs did a fantastic job to keep the guests well entertained! Bravo to them!
