Phuket Thailand

This was our first time at Club Med and we had the most amazing, relaxing holiday with our family. There was always so much to do or when we felt like it we could just relax by the pool or wander across the road to the beautiful beach. We stayed in a renovated superior room and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Nothing was ever too much for them. We hope to be back again next year.

Great spot to spend your Thai holiday, lots of activities with the amazing staff! And everyone is all so friendly (shout out to Bimo, Kira and Paul! And all of the staff that work at club med). Easy spot to stay to travel out to other parts of Phuket and a wide range of delicious food inside the resort!

Continuing a yearly family tradition, I recently returned from Club Med Phuket. Although it is the same place, every year is a slightly different experience yet it never seems to disappoint. The staff (GO's) are always very welcoming and friendly and making connections with them alongside other guests is honestly one of the best parts. This trip in specific I found myself obsessed with padel, so a big shout out to Majd Affi who made my daily lessons engaging and always enjoyable alongside a good laugh. Also to the trapeze team who are always very helping to improve. Will be back next year!

We had an incredible family holiday. We spent 12 nights at Club Med Phuket.
Rooms were very comfortable and cleaned excellently everyday.
Food Buffet was incredibly impressive with so many options to choose from at every meal. Food was excellent quality and always fresh and interesting.
The staff (GO's and Locally Based Staff) were all so obliging and friendly. This is an incredibly well run resort.
We went with 3 daughters (14, 11 and 5). They did not want to leave after 12 nights and were tearful on departure as the friends made, and relationships formed with the GO's was very special.
I do need to make special mention of some GO's:
Tendayi - often joined us for meals and it almost felt like he was a friend of many years. From ages 5 to 80, we all looked forward to our daily meals and chats with Tendayi. Thank you!
From Teen's Club:
Special mention to Valentine, Aum and Ayoub. Our girls absolutely adored all 3 of you. They were so warm, engaging, inclusive and made the holiday so much fun. You connected with our girls and you helped make our holiday extra special. The girls refer to you as their "friends". All 3 of you are exceptional at what you do. Words alone do not do justice to the amazing time our children had, thanks to you!

Overall exceptional value. This was perfect for a family holiday which kept three highly active children of varying ages happy, interested and content. The food was diverse and abundant and the renovated rooms were great. The entire team was impressive and the effort they all put in to ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience is truly exceptional. We enjoyed the most wonderful hospitality from everyone we encountered.

Our experience was made even more memorable and enjoyable by the friendship we developed with Tendayi whose people’s skills are truly exceptional, as well as the wonderful warmth, sincerity, hospitality and commitment of Tonky, Temmy, Abou, Um Valentine and others involved in the kids and teens. Max is successfully leading an amazing team and doing an incredibly impressive job across the board. We’d also like to mention the great service from everyone at reception, including Dylan who handled our checkin so warmly and a big thank you to the cleaning staff who kept our rooms immaculately clean.
