Quebec Charlevoix Exclusive Space Canada

We traveled to Club Med Charlevoix at the end of July. The weather was cloudy, but this did not limit what we were able to enjoy at the facilities. Our three kids loved mini club med. The whole GO team is great with kids, especially Zack and Mimi who are wonderful. Our kids adore you. The shows were great as well. There aren’t many options for food, but the buffet worked well for us to get in and out of the food hall with full bellies. We enjoyed hiking the area and a short day trip to nearby trails and towns. The room we had was small and a bit awkward (superior). Can’t wait to come back sometime in the winter, but would probably get a bigger room.

Our family of 14 came here for a family reunion, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The mountain biking was an absolute blast—the trails were well maintained, the scenery was beautiful, and it was an activity everyone in our group enjoyed. Afterward, we stayed for food and drinks, and the atmosphere was just as great. Even with a large group, everything ran smoothly and made for a memorable day together.

A special shoutout to Roxanne, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She has absolutely mastered the Hugo Spritz—it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and her positive energy made the experience even better.

Another shoutout to Xavier for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was attentive, personable, and made sure our large group was always taken care of without ever missing a beat.

If you’re lucky enough to have Roxanne or Xavier as your bartender, you’re in the best hands. They’re both exceptional at what they do and a huge reason we’ll definitely be coming back.

I really enjoyed my vacation there. The location is beautiful, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. The room was wonderful, with plenty of space for all my belongings and thoughtfully arranged furniture.

The food was excellent, with many healthy—and not-so-healthy—options. My wife and I also enjoyed the yoga and other classes. We participated in a guided hike, which was very enjoyable.

My biggest complaint concerns the shows. There are usually two each night: one for children and one for adults. I cannot comment on the children’s shows, but I found the adult performances to be of rather low quality. They are performed by the resort staff rather than professional entertainers, and it shows.

Still, given how great everything else was, this did not significantly affect my overall impression.

Overall relaxing all inclusive. For me highlight is the food!! Excellent choices. It is a buffet but more like stations with a suggested meal option. I would have liked an outdoor adult only pool … but the outdoor hot tub was great ! 😃
