Punta Cana Exclusive Space Dominican Republic

This is our fourth time and our family loves it. This time we didn't find the food as good and didn't love the new restaurant layout since the renovation but that didn't stop us from having a great time.

Some staff really stood out this year for making us feel welcome and cared for:

Matthew from the volleyball, Amira and Hector at La Cave, Mélanie and Luka from Yoga. A special thanks to Frankels and the whole circus crew who took my son under their wing and got him doing some amazing tricks, and to Viviana from the Hispaniola restaurant who greeted us every morning with a smile and a hot cup of coffee.

It is always a great experience but we pay for that premium and at times felt the resort was trying to upsell us for extras more than in previous years (but not any of the amazing GOs we've mentioned here).

Always an incredible vacation and we'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful holiday at Club Med Punta Cana and overall really enjoyed our stay.

A special thank you to Mr. White (Lucas) — he is an excellent yoga teacher. His classes were very enjoyable, professional and created such a positive atmosphere. We would definitely be happy to join his classes again.

We also really liked Javier, the tennis instructor — great energy and very good coaching. And a huge thank you to the whole Kids Club team, especially Amandine and Rosé, for taking such good care of our daughter and making her time there so enjoyable.

The renovated rooms were another big highlight — very beautiful, fresh and comfortable. The renovation looks great.

There are just a couple of things that could be improved. The food was good, but compared with our Club Med experience in Brazil, in Rio, we found the food in Punta Cana a bit less tasty and the selection more limited. Also, the locks on the lockers near the showers by reception were not working properly and probably need to be replaced.

Apart from these points, we had a very positive experience and really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you very much to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant!

The best possible experience, the staff made all the difference on the trip, impeccable service from Edwin, Isaac, Jerry, Jensem,Matthew Mike, Petterson, John and Victor from the bar, Paul, Pepito, chef Antônio, Mourad and Enora. Everything was wonderful, thank you to the whole team, unforgettable.

We had a great time as a family of three on our 3 days stay in the resort. The renovated areas and rooms are amazing ! And we absolutely loved all the activities for families , my son had the best time with all the games available . The night shows were also amazing .
