We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and vacation for our family overall. The food was amazing. The beach was amazing. The rooms were cleaned daily. The resort was beautiful. The kids had the time of their lives. The staff was beyond amazing. Sephara, Samarun, Youyou, Vero mon Coco and Miguel. All of these people made the trip what it was. The connection with our children. The great advice they offered us. The care and attention they all gave to our family separates our experience from every other vacation we have had. The people and staff of Club Med Punta Cana are what guarantees that we will happily return again.

Amazing experience at the Zen Oasis where the Team went above and beyond to make sure that our stay would be an unforgettable one! At the reception (fast and impeccable service), at the bar (delicious cocktails), around the pool (do not miss the evening aperitif time!), in our room (more of a suite really), we enjoyed every moment and would like to extend our warmest thanks to everyone involved: Sebastianie, Gaetan, Margaux, Yves Junior and Lauranne! This is exactly what our 3 person family needed after grief and loss of family
Loved the room and we had a seaside suite. And ALL the staff were wonderful. ALL THE STAFF during our stay was outstanding.
And most noteworthy - all the gentleman and lady in water sports area (for sailing, paddleboard, snorkeling), the beach and bar server in all white, plus Mathilda (spa) and Maritza, Maritza, Joanna (Hispanola/Indigo), with Ja /Dajanica and welcome crew at front desk, and our housekeeping staff room 164, and Florian (Teen club)
