Turkoise Turks and Caicos

Absolutely wonderful stay! The GOs were so welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to the circus team, Tom, Morgan and Bella. They were attentive, professional and so fun to learn from during trapeze and aerial lessons. My only regret was not starting sooner. Thank you to Justin as well who was a fantastic DJ! Our evenings were always very lively: great music, entertainment and company! The Black Russian Band was amazing!

Such a well managed location, Nick deserves a lot of credit for how the whole team make it a welcoming, vibrant and friendly facility. Older property, but well maintained with lots of activities, a great pool, a magnificent beach and a great team of warm and engaging GO's.

The food from the staff in the restaurant/kitchen area was excellent very day and every meal. Wide variety of choices, all well cooked and presented. And the staff were all friendly, from early morning (Freddy on eggs with a great smile and welcome in the morning), to the evening rush where there were more people and lingering longer, but everything ran smoothly.

Bar staff were very friendly and very efficient, and particularly noticeable and great workers were the quiet Alex to the outgoing, always happy and engaging Mia and Rachelle (sp?).

House keeping were very efficient and cleaned the rooms well and promptly each and every day. Never wanted for anything.

The one area that might need some attention is "Check-In". We waited almost 2 hours to get our room, finally getting access well past 4PM (supposed to be ready by 3PM)

Elizabeth gave an incredible massage! I left feeling like a new person. It was so relaxing and beneficial. I would recommend her to anyone staying at Club Med.

Our family of four, two fifty somethings and two kids in their early 20's, had an absolute blast spending a week during Christmas at Club Med Turkoise. This was our 11th trip to a Club Med property but our first at Turkoise. The amazing staff is led by Chef of the Village, Nicolas. Nicolas checked in with us most days to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. We appreciated his attention to our needs and the fond farewell he gave us as we left the resort. We started nearly every morning at the yoga palapa with Manuella. Manuella is an excellent yoga instructor, not to mention a talented performer who shined in the evening entertainment. We shared several meals with Manuella and appreciate the interest she took in our family. Luna is another GO who made sure that our family was having a great time. We had met Luna in 2023 in Ixtapa. At Turkoise, we learned that Luna is a talented guitarist! The food at the resort is varied and very good. A special shout out to one of the sous chefs, John. We could see John's dedication to his job, whether in the main dining room, at Sharkie's or setting up for special events. His efforts did not go unnoticed. One last mention for the head of the Circus Team, Tom. Tom is quite a showman. His role in the evening entertainment is superb and he is definitely the GO to watch when trying to figure out Crazy Signs! It was another wonderful trip for our family at Club Med. We hope to be back to Turkoise soon!

Very relaxing, was able to completely enjoy the experience and Lisa was very professional and polite. Used up the whole hour time and was able to fill in all of my requests.
