Turkoise Turks and Caicos

We had a fantastic time at Club Med! We played tennis and pickleball every day, and the water sports were great as well. There was always something fun to do, and the staff made our experience even more enjoyable.

A special shout-out to Augusto and Shaq for tennis and pickleball, and Timothée and Yorran for making the water activities so much fun. We also want to give a big thank-you to Ann from the snorkeling team. She was wonderful and so thoughtful, even offering to help us remove the protective film from our snorkeling masks. These little gestures really made a difference!

The only area that could be improved was the food. We felt the food tasted better during our visit two years ago. We especially miss the old recipe for the white chocolate bread! We hope Club Med will bring it back because it was one of our favorites.

Overall, we had a great vacation and truly appreciated the friendly, helpful staff who made our stay memorable. We would love to come back again!

Location: The best beach in the world according to surveys. White sand, no rocks or pebbles, clean beach, no vendors although public, safe, turquoise sky

Atmosphere: the team is having fun so you are. They know you by name and from wellness to fitness, from water sports to kitchen, they encourage you to go over your limits. I tried trapeze, took sailing classes, tried paddle boarding, did snorkeling and had my face painted for the first time in my life - because of this awesome team. Because they encouraged me to go over my limits, I am taking huge steps in my business: if I can be on that trapeze at age 50, I can do anything

Rooms: You do not spend time in the rooms much. They are clean, the bed and the sheets are Snow White, a/c works well, room service was on clock: 9 o’clock am they knock the door. Do not disturb signs are necessary. Housekeeping really wants to make sure your room is taken care of. If you are after the Beauty of this place and the fun it provides, and the price you love, the rooms can stay the way they are. I love the safe in the room. The door locks need repair.

Royce- for his non stop energy, joy in doing what he does- sailing and Zumba instructor. Watching you dancing and how you flow in dance and at sea is influential. I agree: you have the best office in the world.

Yorran- the leader of the water sports, dances with the wind, knows what he does ( an app on his phone watching minute changes in the weather so that members can sail or not for their safety), loves what he does and a great leader for his team.

Denzel- great team member, joy, go getter

Timothee- like the other team members, he is instructing sailing, dancing, acting and putting his heart into what he does. Great team member You’ll recognize him through his straw hat.

Matthew: my sailing instructor after Royce. He is calm and encouraging. He k ows his subject matter. Loves what he does and energizes his students. I will be back, Matthew.

Acir- CDV: Such energy and leadership. Thank you for the birthday specialty. Your leadership speaks loud. Spread the joy.

Madu/ our Argentinian yoga master. The vinyasa flow finds body with you. Thank you for your expertise and joy.

Marcelo: long haired reception master. How wonderfully you handle customers. Any CM will be lucky to have you.

Mustafa; kind, attentive and silent power.

Great family vacation. Spent a lot of time at beach and pool. Bartenders were on point and always smiling. Lots of food options daily in the restaurant.

I had such a fun stay at Club Med Turkoise! This was my first trip to an all inclusive and my friends and I had an absolute blast. The staff was so fun and friendly, they really make the experience so special and unique. A highlight was dancing at crazy signs every night! Jesse was a great bartender, Manu and Blake were amazing dancers and performers, and we had a super fun time dancing and hanging out with Chava. The trapeze team was great, and Hayden helped my friend become an expert within a couple of sessions at the trapeze. We also had a fun dinner with Grayson and Ilara on our last night that really rounded out our great trip. The GOs really make the experience, and it was more fun than we even expected. We will definitely be back!

Had the greatest time on my first visit to a Club Med for my friend’s birthday! I loved how there was always something to do - yoga, trapeze, go in the ocean, paddle boarding, swim in the pool, eat good food, watch a show, and so much dancing!! I had the most fun at the shows every night, followed by crazy signs - shoutout to Manu and Blake for being amazing performers and hype people. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend had a great birthday, especially Chava who made sure we had the best night. All the staff were just great, I appreciated getting to talk to Jesse and Grayson during lunch and dinner and hear about the Club Med experience. The last night was the greatest - the staff made sure we had the most memorable experience ever. I really hope to go back soon!!!
