Palmiye Hotel Turkey

It was a fantastic holiday, beautiful rooms and staff. I would like to thank Mr. Alihan at the hotel bar, who was always with a smiling face, very helpful and doing his work to perfection which made our holiday unforgettable. The premises was very clean hygiene and food was very good, which is usually difficult to find at all in vacation clubs

Just started our stay, but we were very dissatisfied that they moved away windsurfing. It was here for many years. And why? Also bar on the beach is not working. It’s very strange.
But they renovated the lobby - it’s a plus. But return please windsurfing

The food was glorious and the restaurant service was incredible, especially the waiter Ümit who attended our table. The cleaning staff were also great.

The reception staff were very sweet but not very well informed. It was our first time at Club Med and when we first arrived there was no explanation about the resort and its facilities.

The kids club was great and the staff were super dedicated to ensuring the kids had a great time. My only criticism was that there was no clear explanation of where the kids should go or be picked up and on a couple of occasions the information provided turned out to be wrong. I got the impression that a lot of people come regularly and know the drill, whereas we felt a bit lost.

The evening entertainment was also fun, especially the Gold and White party.

Murat from the restaurant and Slava from Tennis were amazing going above and beyond. They made our trip a personalised experience! The club was well maintained and all activities and food was top notch.

For my first ever all-inclusive resort experience, I couldn't have chosen a better place! Well, Club Med is the pioneer of all-inclusive concept since 1950s and the 75 years of experience has made everything better and perfect. The ease with which everything happens leaves you stress-free and with time to pursue so many activities such as archery, table tennis, swimming, massages, volleyball... In fact, I wish I had stayed longer to do everything on offer. (I now know why people choose to stay a minimum of 7 days here).

Once you arrive, leave the wallet in your room! My only worry was what to do in the next hour! Food selection is huge (buffet) and I loved how people spoke to each other over meals. Adults only pool meant privacy but at the same time it was wonderful to see families with children enjoying themselves - a rare sight these days.

For me, the size of my room was just right. Clean sheets, bathrooms and floors - everything restocked daily too. In all, ClubMed Palmiye has become the benchmark of all-inclusive hotels for me and I know what I will look forward to.
