The South African staff were amazing! Jason, Jarod, Anita, Loid were 🤌🏽. Language did become an issue and detracted from certain experiences- especially at the bar and the teens club. Overall we had a good experience- room for improvement and training of staff on dealing with non French speaking guests
Great family resort. Our kids 13 and 11 loved it. They alternated between Teen club activities and doing things with the new friends they met here. They were out all day playing, being active, socialising, swimming, eating and enjoying multiple ice-creams 😊 There’s a lot of entertainment and interaction with the GO team for those who enjoy the social life, and there’s also more secluded places at the beach and the zen pool for those who’d prefer some quiet downtime to tan, read or sleep. We stayed in a deluxe room which seemed larger than the rest. We had a sea view although we really only used the room to sleep so I wouldn’t get fixed in this. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were happy to oblige if anything needed maintenance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was all buffet style. My only complaint was that there weren’t dedicated tables per family which often meant you would arrive and there would be no cutlery or water and cups etc at your table. We’re vegetarian so we didn’t benefit from all the meat and seafood options on offer however there were enough fresh salads, lentil or chickpea curries, the occasional stir fry and some soft (rather than crunchy) vegetables. There’s always pasta and pizza on offer. Desserts were a specialty. There was an impressive array at each meal. The facilities are good. We made regular use of the gym which has some treadmills, bicycles and few pieces of equipment. There are tennis courts, a few swimming pools to choose from catering to all age groups. There’s plenty on offer daily in terms of water sport (waterskiing, sailing, snorkelling) and the kids enjoyed the archery too.
I enjoyed the food that was served, the beds were very comfortable and the room service was neat and tidy, Loic,Jarod and Occeanne were very kind and welcoming to us it was enjoyable buying from the shop, My favourite bartender Jason Barman who Suprised me with tasty and fruity juices and was welcoming and warm towards my siblings, he had a smile everytime I visit the bar and knew exactly what I wanted, Something that needs improving is the other staff need to learn to be inclusive with others who don’t know French, The mood swings of the staff especially Males must change, some male staff are not all friendly. But overall I enjoyed my stay and definitely planning on returning Pls clean the showers before giving guests the room as I found strands of hair in the shower, May the toilet seats be cleaned as there were Stains. The beach and the pool was the highlight of my holiday very clean and beautiful site. Noise levels were not bad at all infact I couldn’t hear any music but I was close to the bar. The location of the place did bother me as it’s far from places and having drive a long route and from the airport but there was many things to see about the local people which was exciting.
