The Club Med La Palmyre Resort emerges from La Coubre Forest, a huge pine forest with dunes washed by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean at the gateway to a land rich in treasures of every sort: the Charentais vineyards, oyster beds and the salt marshes of the Île d'Oléron and some of France's most beautiful towns and villages such as Mornac-sur-Seudre and Talmont sur Gironde. Foodies are in seventh heaven here: the land and sea come together to offer an incomparable culinary experience. The fifties-style charm of Royan and the unspoilt Côte Sauvage coastline of La Palmyre create a typically French seaside ambiance. In the distance is the Phare de Cordouan, the last French open sea lighthouse to be open to the public.

Excelente Jefe de Villa, Yanis!!!
5/5 • 05/10/2025I had the pleasure of staying at Club Med Palmyre, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the utmost attention. The villa manager, Yanis, was always there with a smile and impeccable service at every moment. He was always there to greet us from early on, and in the evenings, he was always present during the shows, participating in them or hosting them. The service was excellent, the rooms spotless, the food delicious (a buffet of different dishes), the variety of delicious desserts, and the location was perfect, combining the forest with the sea. The entire team was friendly and attentive, and the services offered made it a truly relaxing and spectacular experience. I will definitely return!

A perfect place to rest and live an unforgettable experience. Totally recommended!

Truly One of My Best Vacations Ever!

The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, the shows were full of energy, and the overall service was outstanding. The Village Chief truly stands out — you can clearly see how dedicated and passionate he is about every detail, making sure every event runs smoothly and every guest has an amazing experience. You can really feel the positive atmosphere and the effort from the entire team. Definitely one of the best vacations I’ve ever had — 10 out of 10!
