Cut tire slots in the speed bumps for the shuttles going out to Taco Arte. The drivers are generally pretty BAD. No interest in the comfort of the passengers. Fast, brake hard, speed up. Unacceptable. I've been going to this Club for over 30 years.

Sorry, the food at Taco Arte was not up to standards. It used to specialize in fish and that was much better.

The quality of the drinks at the different bars was spotty. Poor quality control. No consistency.

No special events for single adults.

Crazy signs from years ago were much better. Shows were not great.

Food in the main restaurant was a good variety. Unfortunately, many of the specialty dishes were COLD because they were sitting out for a long time. It ruined the scallop dish and the Beef Wellington. Better to make/cut fresh on demand.

Abdel and Crystal's crew have, once again, exceeded our expectations. We had the pleasure of staying in the Jade Collection, and our experience was truly delightful. The staff at the Jade Bar were attentive and exceptionally friendly, engaging us in conversation and showing a genuine commitment to providing the best possible service.

The staff at the spa were also dedicated to helping us achieve the best results from our treatments and were very knowledgeable about the options we selected. Coral was a standout addition to the team, going above and beyond during my treatments.

We felt completely spoiled and well taken care of. We look forward to exploring their Ixtapa location in 2025 for our wedding anniversary.

The stay was good; food was deploy and the services were prompt and friendly. We vent to cenote scuba diving trip with amazing guide Francesco (Paco) and driver was Chuck. Thank you very much guys for an amazing dive! Local PADI center was a very nice place, thanks to Monica. She was extremely helpful and supportive to make our vacation better. We will definitely visit ClubMed in Cancun again

this is my third time at club med cancun and every time I’ve been here I have had great time with GO’s and people I’ve met along the way at teens club. There are a few people that made my vacation extra special and just made it fun overall. Liz the family activity person came to jade the first night we were there and talked to me and my parents and was a very nice lady, over the time I was here me and liz would hang out and I would do some of the activities and dancing with her. Elsa is one of my favourite GO’s because last time I was here she was the teens club GO and I got to see her again. Even though elsa would be working with other people she would still find time to hang out and would make plans so we got to see her. Chava, Sender and Ronneil were the teens club people for the week I was here. Chava and Sender were really fun people to be around and being in teens club was really fun. The circus team was really nice, Ossime, Oumaima and Blake were really awesome people and doing trapeze and the other circus activisties were fun. I made some really good memories and hope to see these GO’s Again in the future.

Great week at CM Cancun - Jade. Thanks to the great staff that took care of us all week. Ademir, Elisio, Cristel, Daniel, Marco, Mélanie from Victo! Magalie, Jesus Javier, Jersey, Jorge and Jaime. The service at Jade was excellent. Cannot say the same at the Hacienda and Tacos Arte buffet. Perfect resort for Pickleball fanatics.
