Amazing experience with Alberto. Food is excellent. If you like heat, ask Alberto for the hot sauce that’s not on the menu “muy, muy picant“. Excellent and knowledgeable sommelier.

Our 8 night family stay was incredible! It truly was a holiday for everyone - adults and kids alike. We enjoyed the specialty experiences available like trapeze/circus school, archery and sailing. The couple of good snorkeling days we got in gave us a glimpse of how beautiful the waters in cancun are. It was a bit windier this time of year, so we couldn’t experience to the fullest. Aside from that, the atmosphere, personable staff and impressive entertainment for the whole family will be what brings us back to Club Med!

I had a wonderful stay at Club Med Cancun! The resort is beautiful, the views are amazing, my room was nice and clean, but there was terrible phone service in some parts. There were so many activities to try. I especially enjoyed the Latin dance lessons and swimming at the beach. There was quite a bit of sargassum that accumulated on the beach during the last couple of days of our trip, but before that, the beach was lovely.

What truly made this vacation unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. The hospitality, kindness, and personal attention we received from the team made me and my friends feel so welcomed and cared for.

A special thank-you to Mario from the boutique, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He took the time to eat with us, show us around, dance with us, and make sure we felt comfortable. He went above and beyond, and his hospitality left a lasting impression on us.

Brandon and Luis also made my trip so enjoyable. They consistently provided great service, made me laugh, and made sure our requests were taken care of. They made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. I would happily return just to see them again!

I also want to recognize Cecilia, Josue, and Mauricio, who were wonderful. Sharing meals and fellowship with them made our experience feel much more personal and meaningful. Those moments truly made a difference in our vacation. As trapeze artists they were phenomenal as well! Their performances were incredible, and their talent added another memorable highlight to our stay.

Overall, this trip gave me and my friends memories we will cherish for a lifetime. The resort was beautiful, the activities were fantastic, and the staff were very friendly.
