Beidahu China

I think the absolute highlight of this resort has got to be the service level. I felt so well taken care of by the staff that when I left it felt like I was leaving my new family. 🥹 From the restaurant staff to the people taking care of my snow equipment rental, they were all amazingly friendly and took good care of us.

I took some snowboard lessons with instructor Franco Marino and he was very patient and clear in his instructions. It was a very enjoyable few days with him and I definitely feel more confident now on the slopes.

A special shoutout to the lesson coordinator Leona for being so bubbly and for chatting with me and giving me travel tips. All in all an excellent experience for me.

PS the only complaint I really have is the lack of good desserts; the pastry chef really needs to work on variety and quality as the cakes are lackluster.

Made a mistake when booking the skiing and snowboarding lessons for my children. The ski manager, David was extremely helpful to sort everything out for us. Both instructors, Amir & Ben were excellent. Both my children made great progress in the four days we were here!

We were very impressed by the service rendered by the restaurant manager, Leon Lai. He was very attentive , helpful and friendly , he made our stay very memorable and happy. Thank you Leon once again. We will strongly recommend our friends to stay in this hotel.

We were a group of 4 families traveling together with a total of 18 people.

Leon Lai, the restaurant manager was thoughtful and considerate and went out of his way to make arrangements for our whole group. We celebrated a friend’s birthday during the trip and they prepared a nice birthday cake and had the whole club med team celebrate the birthday with us!

The hotel is probably the nearest to the ski hall and is a mere 5 minutes walk away. They have a dedicated ski hall for Club Med guests and allows you to avoid the local crowd which can be very daunting. The ski trainers are are also very patient and professional and made sure that all the group members are taught and grounded on the fundamentals before allowing progression to higher levels to ensure guest safety.

All in all, Club Med Beidahu has been an enjoyable trip for our first ski experience and has created many memorable moments for all of us!

Restaurant managers Leon n Michael were very attentive n also polite . Service was immaculate.
Ski instructor Long was very detailed n also very attentive to our needs.
The only cons is that most instructors speak only Chinese. Less than a handful speak eng.
Rooms were big compared to Japan club med.
Good place for family vacations.
