Cherating Beach Malaysia

We had a great time at Club Med Malaysia. Beautiful grounds, staff and buffet menu was pleasant. The kids club was an absolute highlight for our 2.5 year old daughter who went most days. This gave us and her some time to relax and enjoy. The staff at Petit club were involved, caring and a few days she had 1:1 attention which she LOVED. Our older kids lived on the trapeze and quickly made friends around the pool. I would recommend club med get one or two additional restaurants that offer a la carte, just to offer some variety, but all in all what a young family it was easy and fab!! Thanks so much.

Our family trip to Club Med was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible staff and the resort's excellent amenities. The resort itself was clean, and the food selection was diverse and delicious, catering to everyone's tastes.

What has set this vacation apart was the friendliness and attentiveness of the GOs. We want to give special thanks to a few who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home: Mr. Temmy, Mr. Job, Mr. Mo and Ms Meene at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming, En Nazmi, the pool lifeguard, provided excellent safety oversight, constantly watching over the guests - reassuring presence, especially with children. And finally, a huge thank you to Shen, Chole, Zhi Rou and Chiro, the bartenders, for crafting the extraordinary cocktails!

Their dedication and warm hospitality made our trip special and unforgettable. We highly recommend Club Med for family vacation! This is my 5ft time to Club Med Cherating and still enjoyable

Our 3D2N stay at Club Med Cherating was an amazing experience for all of us!

Hospitality – Since we were a relatively large group, we truly appreciated how Grayson and Nia reached out a few days before our arrival to go over all the details. They were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. When we arrived, Nia was already waiting for us with her bright and contagious smile. Mo’s briefing was clear and helpful, and Job was also very friendly and welcoming. We felt well taken care of from the start. Five stars!

Food – The Mutiara restaurant had an impressive selection of dishes. Throughout our stay, no one went hungry!

Accommodation – The rooms were clean and comfortable. As someone with sensitive skin, I was especially happy to get restful sleep during our stay, something I don’t often experience at other resorts. A big thank you to JJ for the super quick response and solution to the toilet issue in our room – five stars for the service!

Activities – The resort’s activities and water sports at the private beach were excellent. Although we couldn’t try sailing due to the weather, we thoroughly enjoyed everything else. A special shoutout to the archery instructor – a Malaysian from Kajang (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). He was so patient and encouraging, especially with us beginners. Five stars!

This was truly a memorable trip. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Club Med Cherating!

Had an enjoyable experience at Club Med Cherating especially the sea sports activities. Quality and variety of food was good. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. Would definitely return after the renovations to hopefully an even better experience.
